How To Delete Your Account

1. Open the Mnsooq app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

You can also contact support at support@mnsooq.com to request deletion help.

Data Deleted

• Account profile data (name, email, phone and account details)
• Your listings posted on Mnsooq
• Your messages and conversation records associated with your account
• OTP verification and queue records linked to your account

Data Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Retention Period

If retention is required by law or security policy, limited records may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is legally required.
